Experience  [Resumé] [LinkedIn]

I am a Software Engineer and Researcher, with a penchant for Cybersecurity. Having graduated from NIT Trichy and spending four years as an engineering student, I've been lucky to gain profound knowledge and experience in the world of technology and especially in the field of Computer Science and Cybersecurity. I've always tried to maintain a good balance between vocational experience and academic research as I have been drawn to both aspects in parallel. In doing so, I was lucky enough to do several research internships at NYU Abu Dhabi, IIT Madras, and NIT Trichy under various esteemed professors. On the other hand, I was also keen enough to take on industrial internships in organizations such as ABB, Probe Information Services, and lastly, Visteon Corporation, where I continued into a full-time position after graduation and have been working as a Software Engineer (Cybersecurity) for over two years.

Design

I cannot bring myself to remember what got me into Graphic Design, but let's just say that I'm fully into it right now! I was self-learner of the amazing software called Adobe Photoshop, and dare I say it has transformed my interest of design into a much mature one. I was never a formally trained designer, although I try to take inspiration from the ones who are and try to push the envelope on my front. I have been involved in various freelancing activities related to logo designs, apparel designs, website designs, etc. and I continue to try and explore my interest and passion in designing as a sideline. — [My Design Portfolio]

SentiDA

Luckily enough, my passion and efforts in designing recently culminated in me co-founding a startup called SentiDA. We at SentiDA seek to provide complete end-to-end solutions for personalized college merchandise, right from ideation & design all the way to logistics & delivery. Our journey began at our alma mater, NIT Trichy, and today we've managed to expand to 15+ batches over various colleges. We've sold around 5000+ personalized hoodies, mugs and face masks so far, over 3 years/batches across 9 different colleges in India. —

Music

I believe Music is the purest form of art, and I consider myself lucky to have been able to learn the art with formal training, especially western music and a couple of instruments - The Keyboard/Piano and The Saxophone too. Having been a student of the former for about 10 years and the latter for about 5 years, I have made sure to learn to appreciate both sounds. I have tried my best to stay in touch with music through participation in bands through high school and college. I also enjoy making my own renditions of my favorite pieces of music, as well as occasionally dabble in some own compositions — [My Youtube Channel]

Outro

So that's pretty much been everything about me! As evident as it may have been, I try my best not to make myself all about what it takes to do for a living, but also about what it takes to make sure to have a fair share of balance between other side interests, hobbies, and many other wonderful things in life. But I do have to say that I am lucky to enough to have my vocation be all about what I love the most - anything to do with computers! With that said, I hope to continue to live my life by what I believe is the coolest thing to do — "Hacking Through Life".
